Samsung has extended the warranty service period of all products for the convenience of the buyers

Samsung Bangladesh is extending the warranty period of the products which will expire in the lockdown starting from April 5, considering the convenience of the buyers. From the day the lockdown ends, the warranty service will be extended for an additional 14 days.


The government imposed a nationwide lockdown to reduce Kovid-19 infections and deaths from the virus. Buyers are unable to avail warranty services due to movement restrictions during the lockdown. Therefore, Samsung has extended the warranty service time to alleviate the problems of the customers and make their life more comfortable. The warranty period will start again from the day the lockdown ends.

In this regard, the managing director of Samsung Bangladesh Huansang Wu said, "The country and its citizens are continuing to fight against Kovid-19." The second wave of coronavirus has wreaked havoc across the country. In this case, people are already worried about various issues, at this time we do not want buyers to worry about the expiration of the warranty period. Therefore, we are happy to extend the warranty period to reduce their worries and make their life easier. We believe buyers will benefit from this. In this adverse situation, we urge everyone to stay safe and healthy from home. '


Last year, even during the general holiday, all of Samsung's products extended the warranty service period.
