Bangladesh on the way to Mars!

Perseverance rover lands on Mars this week

Bangladesh on the way to Mars! What are you wondering? In fact, a group of Bangladeshi students have built such a vehicle that can travel to Mars for the US space agency NASA. Which is coming up in the final of the ongoing NASA Human Exploration Rover competition with 55 teams from all over the world including USA Bangladesh. But we will have to wait till April 7 for the final result. Bangladesh team 'Ten Dreamers' says that NASA will send the winner of this competition to Mars.

The US space agency NASA wants to send a new rover or vehicle by 2030 to unravel the mystery of the red planet Mars. NASA has been organizing the 'Human Exploration Rover' competition since 2010 to find a vehicle capable of crossing the high and low paths of Mars and other obstacles.

It is a standard car with four wheels. However, this vehicle named ‘BAC Universe One Point O’ will be able to run on Mars. Ten demers, a team at the BAC International Study Center, say the vehicle does not need any fuel to run. With the help of the paddle in the vehicle, the astronauts will be able to run at a maximum speed of 20 kilometers per hour on the chest of Mars.

Springs have been used instead of tubes on wheels considering the weather on Mars. Also, rubber belts have been used instead of bike chains to avoid accidents or tearing. There is a dual shock suspension system to keep astronauts from shaking on the rough terrain of Mars. There are special sensors for measuring the speed and temperature of the vehicle.

"We used a 360-degree camera to capture video of Mars," said Tamim Al Mahir Ork, a designer at Ten Dreamers.

Students have to show their driving by creating an artificial environment like Mars. The results will be determined by looking at the effectiveness.

The government is building 'School of Future' all over the country for these talented youth.

State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak said, "We are establishing 'School of Future' in 300 parliamentary seats."

Samay Sangbad is the media partner of the youth in this journey.
