Delivering the product to the buyer within the stipulated time after ordering, in case of failure to return the product price in advance along with penalty, supply of bad goods will be considered as fraud under criminal law.
If the product is not delivered within seven days after the completion of the order, the e-commerce company will have to pay a fine. Failure to do so will result in the e-commerce company paying a fine as well as a refund to the customer. They will even be convicted of product supply fraud. If the price of the product is not returned within 7 days after reaching the buyer within the stipulated time, the buyer will be able to file a national consumer rights protection case.
The Ministry of Commerce finalized the e-commerce policy by adding these conditions to prevent fraud and late delivery of goods.

There are currently 2,000 website-based e-commerce companies. There are also 50,000 initiatives based on Facebook and other social media.

Failure to deliver the goods within the stipulated time will result in refund of the advance price taken from the buyer as well as financial penalty to the concerned e-commerce company.
The draft policy also states that if a product is not in the company's stock, it cannot be ordered. The product displayed online should have the maximum number of accurate specifications, so that buyers can be sure about the quality of the product.
Delivering bad products by showing pictures and specifications of good quality products will be considered as fraud. Therefore, according to Section 420 of the Criminal Code, buyers can file a case against the company for fraud.
