Daraz (daraz.com.bd), the largest e-commerce platform in the country, organized a road show on March 26 with its 50 Dex (Daraj Express) vans to celebrate the 50th anniversary of independence. Through this event, the organization is celebrating the joy of their expansion across the country by setting up its own hubs in 64 districts of the country.
The road show begins at 9 a.m. The road show lasted till 2 pm from Banani in the capital to Mohakhali, Vijay Sarani, Shyamoli, Mirpur and then to Uttara.
Mostahidul Haque, Managing Director of Daraj, said, "We are happy to be a part of various events to be organized in Bangladesh on the golden jubilee of independence through 'A Road Show'." We have taken the initiative to organize this road show on behalf of Daraj to add a different dimension to the organization of Independence Day celebrations. Daraj's 50 delivery vans staged a spectacular road show on the streets of the capital with historical quotes and pictures from 1971. The road show was organized to inculcate values and spread knowledge about the liberation war among our new generation. Freedom has been highlighted in the light of history through this road show in Daraj.
