None of the four mobile phone operators is providing internet service at the prescribed speed to the customers of the fourth generation telecom service Four-J. This image of fraud has been caught in the survey of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission BTRC. But customers are spending money to get the service.
The BTRC on Wednesday (March 24th) released the results of a survey conducted in the capital Dhaka from January 23 to February 8. According to the published survey report, in the two city corporation areas of Dhaka, customers are getting 3 to 6 Mbps speed internet in Four-G service. However, according to BTRC standards, customers need to have a minimum internet speed of 8 Mbps in Forge service.
According to the survey, Grameenphone and Robi had a speed of 5.82 Mbps per second in Four-Win downloads. Banglalink's speed was 4.94 Mbps per second. And the speed of the state operator Teletalk was 2.72 Mbps. However, according to the policy, the minimum download speed should be at least 8 Mbps. However, the survey found that Grameenphone 10, Robi 12.69, Banglalink 10.72 and Teletalk 4.52 Mbps. However, three private operators are doing well in terms of 3G services.

According to the report, Grameenphone's call drop rate is zero point 17 percent; Banglalink zero point 31, Robi zero point 36 and Teletalk 1.31 percent.

The survey shows that Grameenphone's call connection time is 6.2 seconds; Robi 6.5 two seconds; Banglalink 5 point nine seven seconds. However, Teletalk has failed to meet the set standards. Teletalk's call connection time was 6.2 seconds.
